Youth Ministry

Weekly Youth Group

At Monument Presbyterian Church, we believe that young people are not just the future of the Church. They are an important part of the Church today. We desire to create a community where every student encounters Jesus, is shaped by his love, and is sent in his name. We believe faith grows through relationships, honest questions, meaningful experiences, and participation in the life of the church. As we partner with parents and families, our goal is to help students develop a lifelong faith rooted in the story of Scripture, centered on Jesus, and lived out in everyday life.

Middle School Youth Group (5th–7th Grade)

Middle school is a season of big changes, growing independence, and endless questions. Our Middle School Youth Group is designed to help students navigate those years in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Each month includes Bible study, hands-on activities that connect faith to everyday life, opportunities for discussion, and exciting fun events that build friendships. Whether your student has grown up in church or is exploring faith for the first time, they will find a place to belong, have fun, and take meaningful steps toward following Jesus.

High School Youth Group (9th–12th Grade)

Our High School Youth Group meets each week during lunch at Grand Junction High School. Together, we share a meal and explore Scripture. Meeting on campus is one way we live into our church's calling to be sent in his name. Rather than asking students to step away from their everyday lives, we seek to meet them where they are. We know that high school is a time of discovering identity, finding purpose, and experiencing belonging. We hope to provide a welcoming community where students are known, supported, and challenged to develop a faith that extends into every part of life.
